Vision

Our objective is to reduce recidivism and to improve public safety within the county of San Diego.

Mission

Senate Bill 618 is a voluntary re-entry program designed to assist non-violent offenders through prison, by providing services to help ensure a successful transition back into the community.

Guiding Principles

Provide support and guidance to assist participants to self-motivate and utilize the program services that will integrate them back into society.

  • Assist our participants by brokering a comprehensive array of services prior to, during, and following release from state prison.

  • These include the following:
    • Educational enrichment
    • Substance abuse treatment
    • Vocational training
    • Job placement
    • Housing recommendations
    • Health service linkages
    • City transportation
